General information
All orders placed by the purchaser via the Website as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business stated below, as applicable at the time the order is placed. We do not accept any diverging terms and conditions from the customer, except where specifically complied to in writing.
This conditions may can be modified. It is your responsibility to read them regularly given that they would be applied those valid in the moment of the order, if you do not make any order they would be applied the ones valid in the moment of the website use.
Orders
Every single order is subject to the availability of products. In case, once sent the Shipment Confirmation, EME cannot have the requested product because of any situation, EME would contact the Customer/User as soon as possible informing about the fact.
In that case EME would:

1. Offer the Customer, without a price increase,
a product with similar features and quality to the original one.
2. Offer the Customer to cancel the order refunding him
or her the money in a 14 working days period.
We try and process all orders on the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving the order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next regular business day.
The prices are indicated in EUR and include 19% VAT.
Prices may change at every moment, anyway, possible changes would not affect orders made once Order Confirmation is sent.
Cancellation of order

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the exit of merchandise the client will not have any expense. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the cost of returning the same order.
Invoice
You can ask at any moment to receive paper invoice, in that case we will issue and send the invoice. Please send us an email to info@emeclothing.com requesting it and attaching all the billing data.
